摘要:
在研究螺旋焊管成形过程中带钢的变形特征、焊管管壁层间应力的基础上,提出了一种特殊工艺过程——锥形螺旋焊管成形工艺。采用有限元法对锥形螺旋焊管成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,结果表明:①随着带钢厚度变大,带钢的应变变小;②随着辊径的减小,带钢边部应变逐渐减少。经过计算,利用现有的工况条件能够实现锥形螺旋焊管的成形过程。
Abstract:
According to deformation feature of sheet strip during forming process of the spiral weld pipe and the stress condition of weld pipe s wall between lower surface and upper surface.Formulating a special technical processingconical spiral weld pipe.Meanwhile,the forming process of the conical spiral weld pipe was simulated by the finite element software.The calculation results of working procedures in the processing of forming indicate:①as thickness of sheet strip becomes thinner,the strain of sheet strip becomes bigger;②with diameter of roll becoming smaller,the strain of sheet strip s brim becomes smaller,too.Existing working procedures can be used to make the forming process of the conical spiral weld pipe become true after computation.
