摘要:
以美国柔性钢管理念、发展中的成品化钢管理念,对国内近年新建的某条高品质、大直径输水钢管线的壁厚、现场连接、内外防腐三个主要方面进行了点评和再设计。按新的理念设计,不仅管线安全性得到提高,施工工期明显缩短,而且能节约可观的工程建设费用。指出我国钢管制造企业应借鉴发达国家的科学理念和先进技术,推进国内输水钢管产业化进程。
Abstract:
Based on American idea of flexible steel pipe and finished steel pipe under development,this article makes comments and redesign to three issues,i.e.wall thickness,joint connection in site,external and internal coating of a high quality and larger outside diameter water transmission pipeline newly built recently years in China.As per new idea to design the pipeline,it is not only its security will be improved,and construction period will be shorten,but also considerable project construction cost can be saved.This article also indicates that China steel pipe manufacturer should adopt scientific idea and advanced technology of developed country and promote industrialization progress of China water transmission pipeline.
