摘要:
普通合金钢焊接时,一般规定环境湿度在90%RH以上不允许焊接,这给在多雨地区的施工带来很大的不便。为了探讨潮湿环境对焊接质量的影响,以X65级管线钢为例进行了焊接性分析,确定其预热温度。通过合理的接头设计,恰当的焊接工艺参数,来控制焊接热输入,确保焊接接头性能,在环境温度为30℃,湿度在90%RH~95%RH的环境下进行焊接试验,并依据API 1104标准和管线技术规格书对所制定的焊接工艺进行评定。
Abstract:
The ordinary alloy steel can’t be welded above 90%RH,which is inconvenient to construct in rainy area especially in the south area. In this paper,the welding procedure of X65 has been studied to determine the preheat temperature.The joint has been designed and the welding process parameters have been made to control heat input during welding.The welding experiments were? performed when environment temperature was 30℃and humidity was 90%-95%RH.The above are tested according to API 1104 standard and the technique standard book for the pipeline welding.
