摘要:
管道内凹严重影响管线的安全运行，制约介质的输送，还容易形成沉淀池，进而形成涡流，侵蚀腐蚀管材。局部应力的集中也影响着管线的运行寿命。智能球可以有效检测管道变形，对保障管线的正常运行发挥着重要作用。介绍了智能球的结构和主要参数，并对检测管线变形的程序做了较为详细的论述。
Abstract:
The concave of pipeline seriously affects the safety operation of pipeline,restrict the transmission of medium and easy formed deposit pool,this will further formed eddy current to make pipe corrosion,the concentration of part stress will also affects the operational life of pipeline.The structure and main parameter of intelligence ball is introduced and the procedure of inspection pipeline deformation is described in detail.
