摘要:
针对原中频弯管机组感应圈位置控制存在的问题,设计了一套感应圈伺服定位控制系统,用于调节感应圈位置,从而保证弯管煨制过程中加热区域温度的均匀。介绍了该伺服定位控制系统的组成及工作原理,给出了常见故障的预防措施。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem in the inductorium control position of medium-frequency bending pipe unit,we designed a set of positioned servo inductorium control system,by which you can adjust inductorium position to ensure the uniform temperature of the heated area during bending pipe.This article describes the structure and working principle of the servo-positioned control system,and offers some precaution measures to ordinary conk out.
