摘要:
分析了包辛格效应、形变硬化和脱碳层对管体屈服强度的影响。通过对18.4 mm壁厚、X80级管线钢管板状试样和圆棒试样检测的屈服强度(Rt 0.5)的对比分析表明,采用板状试样更能真实地反映管线钢管管体的力学性能。为了保证管线钢管服役时的安全性能,应尽量以板状试样所测的数据结合静水压爆破试验结果作为评估钢管整体力学性能的参考依据。
Abstract:
In this paper,it analyzed Bauschinger effect,shape change rigidification and decarburization layer effecting on yield stress of pipe body.Through contrast analysis yield stress of 18.4 mm thickness,X80 grade pipeline steel pipe plate or round bar specimen,it shows adopting plate specimen can more truly reflect pipeline steel pipe body mechanic performance.In order to guarantee pipeline steel pipe safety during service,the test results of plate specimen and hydrostatic explosion will be regarded as reference to evaluate all mechanic performance of steel pipe.
