摘要:
介绍了国内油气输送螺旋埋弧焊焊管机组的工艺布置、制管设备性能及高韧性螺旋埋弧焊管的开发情况,通过对螺旋埋弧焊焊管机组制造技术、钢管检测技术的阐述与分析,提出了螺旋埋弧焊管制造技术发展的方向。
Abstract:
It is introduced that process arrangements of China spiral submerged arc welded pipe units for oil and gas transmission and equipment performance of pipe manufacturing as well as exploitation status of high toughness spiral submerged welded pipe.It is put forward the technology developing trend of spiral submerged arc welded pipe through description and analysis on manufacturing technology of spiral submerged arc welded pipe units and inspection and testing of steel pipe.
