摘要:
回顾了自1990~2007年以来中国焊管发展的辉煌历程和多个转折点;自2007年5~6月份以后从高速增长转向增速回落,开始进入战略转折期,这一时期的基本特征是:在总量矛盾缓解之后,品种、质量、节能、环保问题凸显出来。因此,在这个时期,战略上焊管应当致力于调整结构,开发高附加值的产品,注重节能和环保;在战术上应当提高装备技术水平,完善工艺配套,提高操作技能,提高产品质量,以适应国际国内市场需求变化的新格局。
Abstract:
This paper reviewed the splendid course and many turning points of China welded pipe development from 1990 to 2006.The development of China welded pipe turned its high increasing steps to lower speed after May to June of 2007,and started to step into strategic transition period.The basic characteristics of this period are:variety,quality,energy saving and environment protection problems exposed after resolving total amounts conflict. During this period,China welded pipe manufacturers should commit themselves to adjust structure,develop new products with high added value, save energy and protect environment.They should improve equipment technology level and perfectly match processed,and enhance operation skill and product quality to accommodate the new pattern of the international and domestic market variational needs.
