摘要:
为了提高油气输送管道抗大变形能力,可以从管线设计和钢管性能两方面入手。主要论述了钢管性能方面的研究进展。重点介绍了日本NKK公司开发的NK-Hiper抗大变形管线钢的性能,这种双相钢具有高的形变强化指数,应力-应变曲线无屈服平台,而且均匀延伸率高,具有较高的抗大变形的能力,单轴向压缩临界屈曲应变达到1%以上。
Abstract:
In order to enhance the resistance to great distortion of pipeline,we can start from pipeline design and steel pipe performance two sides to consider.This article mostly discussed research development of steel pipe performance,introduced NK-HIPER pipeline steel with resistance to great distortion developed by Japan NKK Corp.This type duplex steel with high shape change aggrandizement indexes, without yield platform in stressstrain curve, in addition to uniform mold elongation rate.So it is with higher ability to resistance to great distortion,and variation of single axial compress critical strain should exceed 1%.
