简要介绍了宝鸡石油钢管有限责任公司从美国引进的具有GE FANUC数控技术的CNC管端车丝机数控系统的基本组成及各部分的主要功能。针对车丝机的技术特点，对其使用过程中常见故障进行了分类。结合多年对该车丝机的使用和维护经验，提出了常见故障的排除思路及日常维护保养措施。

This article briefly introduced basic composition and each part function of CNC pipe end threading machine with GE FANUC numerical control imported from U.S.A.by BAOJI Petroleum Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. It classify common faults during using course aim at technology characteristic of threading machine,combining using and maintaining experience to threading machine,it also and put forward exclusion method and daily preventive maintenance measures.
