摘要:
结合俄罗斯高寒地区对油气输送钢管3PE外防腐涂层的特殊要求，介绍了俄罗斯油气输送钢管3PE外防腐涂层的生产指标和性能试验指标，对比了中俄两国钢管3PE外防腐生产和性能试验指标的差异，可为我国出口俄罗斯钢管3PE外防腐生产提供参考。
Abstract:
Combining 3PE external coating special requirements of transporting oil and gas pipe in Russia high cold area,this article introduced 3PE external coating production index and performance test index for transporting oil and gas pipeline in Russia.Knowing about the difference of steel pipe 3PE external coating production and performance test indexes between China and Russia,it can provide reference to 3PE external coating production of steel pipe exported to Russia.
