摘要:
直缝埋弧焊管焊后残余应力是导致焊管应力腐蚀裂纹产生的主要原因。以有限元计算理论为基础,使用ANSYS软件给出了直缝埋弧焊管包括预焊、内外精焊在内的整个焊接过程的数值模拟方法,并对典型规格的直缝埋弧焊管焊接过程进行了模拟计算,给出了焊后管体的残余应力分布及应力峰值。
Abstract:
Residual stress of longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe after welding is the major reason caused welded pipe stress corrosion crack,its stress level directly decide pipeline safety in service.This article present numerical simulation method of the whole welding process including pre-welding and inside & outside welding using ANSYS software based on finite element calculation theory.Processing simulation calculation to longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe with special specification,and calculated residual stress distribution and stress peak of pipe body after welding.
