摘要:
介绍了输水管线柔性接口的种类和性能,指出管线直径增大到一定值后,就成为柔性接口是否可用的决定因素,不同形式柔性接口的允许转角值即适应不均匀沉降能力是不一样的。软土地基上的大直径管线,必须采用允许转角值较高的柔性接口,如采用允许转角值较低的柔性接口,需对地基进行处理。对我国某直径2400mm输水钢管线发生的重大质量事故进行了分析,对今后输水管线建设有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
This article introduced types and performance of flexible jointers in water pipeline,and put forward pipe diameter augmenting a certain value is the determinant factor whether the flexible jointer can be used or not.Different type of flexible jointer allowing corner value(namely:uneven settlement ability) is different. Large diameter pipeline in soft groundwork must adopt flexible jointer with higher corner value;it needs to deal with groundwork in case of adopting flexible jointer with lower corner value.It analyzed the cause of a great quality accident in some Φ2400mm water pipeline,and provided some references to future water pipeline construction.
