摘要:
目前国内设计很少应用大量的中、厚钢板单面焊全熔透焊缝,也几乎没有能够满足此种焊缝质量要求的金属结构件制作厂家,多数厂家即使是压力容器专业制造厂,在焊接此类焊缝时,也会存在不同程度的焊缝根部未熔合或未焊透,通过采取新型焊接工艺,反复试验,不断改进,最终保证了此类焊缝UT探伤时焊缝有效深度≥板厚,UT探伤一次合格率达90%以上,有效地保证了此类焊缝的焊接质量,同时也大大提高了生产效率。
Abstract:
At present in China,one side full penetration welding of heavy plate are rarely designed and nealy no metal construction manufacture can satisfy this request without any defact after welding UT check.Almost manufactures even press vessel manufactures will occur no penetration differently at the bottom of welds and couldn’t  guarantee the depth of qualified welds are not smaller than the thick of plate.In this article,by using new welding procedure,continuous test and development,we guaranteed at last the effective weld depth is equal or bigger than the thick of plate.By using this method,the coefficient of qualified welds at first UT check reached more than 90%.That is to say,the quality of this welding get much better.At the same time,the productivity get much higher.
