摘要:
从管理经济学角度,剖析了610ERW焊管生产企业盈利模式的各项要素,如成材率、毛利率、盈亏平衡点,并针对盈利模式的流程和内涵提出了焊管行业市场运行新的商业理念,即：“三高三大”的经营原则和“三优三低”的盈利要素。同时以610ERW焊管生产企业为个案，结合国外大型制管企业的营销经验，分析了经济附加价值管理的思想、企业资本运作的思路和企业文化对经营业绩的影响力。
Abstract:
This article analyzed each fator of 610ERW pipe plants gaining profit mode from managerial economics angle,such as the finished product rate, gross profit rate and break even point.Aiming at flow and connotation of profit model,it put forward new commercial idea for market running,namely “three highness and three bigness” operating principle and “three excellence and three lowness” profit factor.It analyzed management idea of economic added value,enterprise capital operation idea and effectiveness of enterprise culture on enterprise operating performance evaluation.
