摘要:
对于输送有害物质，特别是输送油气的管线，钢管内外均需涂以保护层来防止恶劣的外界环境和输送物质的衍生物造成的腐蚀。分析了目前市场上使用的两种胶粘剂的优点和缺点，介绍了一种新型的涂层结构，并将其与两种现有的涂层的性能进行对比。指出先进的两层聚乙烯管线防护涂层技术是一种较受欢迎的抵抗恶劣条件的防护涂层。
Abstract:
For transmitting harmful substance,particularly transmitting oil and gas,it should coat protection layer on internal and external surface of pipe to avoid corrosion occurred by foreign environment and derivative.This article analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of two kinds of adhesives which were currently used in market,and introduced a new kind of coating structure,and contrast its properties with that of present two kinds of adhesives,and pointed out that the advanced two layer polyethylene pipeline protective coating is a kind of popular coating to resistance to severe surrounding.
