摘要:
简述了旧标准GB/T 8363—1987《铁素体钢落锤撕裂试验方法》的局限性和新标准GB/T 8363—2007《钢材落锤撕裂试验方法》的修订背景，对新旧标准的范围、术语和定义、试样要求、试验设备参数、温度控制、试验结果评定等进行了对比分析。分析结果表明，修订后的落锤撕裂试验标准比较完善，解决了标准在实际应用中出现的问题，使管线钢检验和试验的标准体系更加完善。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced localization of the old standard GB/T 8363—1987 〖WT5”BX〗Ferrite Steel Drop Weight Tear Test Method 〖WT5”BZ〗and revision to the background of the new standard GB/T 8363—2007 〖WT5”BX〗Rolled Steel Drop Weight Tear Test Method〖WT5”BZ〗.It comparatively analyzed standard scope,term and definition, specimen requirement,test equipment parameter,temperature control,test results qualification,and other aspects of new standard with those of the old standard.The result showed the revised DWTT new standard is more perfect,and it resolved problems occuring in production.It made standard system of pipeline steel test and inspection to be more competent.
