摘要:
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司采用低碳高铌针状铁素体组织设计、在中等厚度连铸坯连铸连轧生产线上研制开发特厚规格X70和X80级管线钢热轧卷板的情况。对热轧卷板组织和力学性能试验分析表明,组织为针状铁素体混合组织,晶粒细小均匀,夹杂少,带状组织轻微,析出物均匀弥散,有高强度和良好的低温韧性。已应用于川气东送和西气东输二线等国家重点工程。
Abstract:
This paper introduced X70 and X80 HRC with heavy thickness which were designed by low carbon, high niobium acicular ferrite microstructure , and developed on medium thickness slab continuous casting production line in Ansteel.The results of analysis on hot rolled coil structure and mechanical property test showed that its structure was acicular ferrite admixture with ting grain and little inclusion.And its band structure was light,and precipitate was equality and dispersion.The X70 & X80 grade pipeline steel posses high strength and excellent low temperature toughness,and has been applied to state key engineering projects in China,such as “Chuan Gas Transmission to the East Project” and “the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project”.
