为提高螺旋焊管机组生产能力(增大加工管径),以六辊成型器为例,介绍了螺旋焊管成型机组技术改造的原理和计算方法,并指出了技术改造中应注意的问题及解决方案。

In order to increase SAW unit capacity (increasing pipe diameter),this article introduced technology reformation principle and calculation method of SAW forming unit by six roll forming machine to take as a sample.And it pointed out problems which should be paid attention occurred in technology reformation and solutions.
