摘要:
介绍了俄罗斯学者关于手弧焊不同规范对在酸性介质中工作的12X18H10T不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀破坏影响的研究概况。结果表明:酸性工作介质会促使耐蚀稳定性较好的12X18H10T不锈钢的焊接接头出现晶间腐蚀(MKK),腐蚀程度的大小受多种因素影响,其中焊缝组织晶粒尺寸越小腐蚀程度越轻;采用脉冲电流手弧焊比采用直流电流手弧焊的焊接接头组织晶粒小。因此,采用脉冲电流手弧焊可以提高不锈钢焊接接头的耐腐蚀稳定性。
Abstract:
This article introduced corrosion effect of manual arc welding specification on welding joint of 12X18H10T steel under the condition acid medium which was researched by Russia scholar.The result showed that acid working medium will boost welding joint of 12X18H10T stainless steel with good anticorrosion stability appearing intergranular corrosion,and corrosion degree is affected by many factors,and the more smaller of weld structure grain size,the less lighter of the corrosion degree;welding joint structure grain size is smaller by adopting pulse current manual arc welding compared with that of adopting direct current manual arc welding.Therefore,adopting pulse current manual arc welding can enhance anticorrosion stability of stainless steel welding joint.
