摘要:
针对原有内焊缝磨削机胀紧机构过于复杂,磨削轮直径偏小易造成磨削后的焊缝残余高度不符合标准要求,以及磨削时经常会磨损磨削轮侧面等问题,对设备进行了较大的改造。改造后的内焊缝磨削机结构更加合理,性能更加优越,保证了钢管的质量。
Abstract:
Aiming at the former expanded device of inside weld grinding machine was too complex in structure and the diameter of grinding disc was on the small side,which caused the residual weld reinforcement failed to meet the requirement of standard after grinding.Moreover,one side face of grinding disc was usually fray while grinding,so the great modification was done to the device.The inside weld grinding machine after modification is with reasonable structure and good property,and it can ensure the grinding quality of steel pipes.
