《钢塑复合管》标准是以CJ/T 136—2007《给水衬塑复合钢管》和CJ/T 120—2007《给水涂塑复合钢管》两个国家标准为基础制订的新的国家标准。介绍了钢塑复合管的概念、分类和《钢塑复合管》标准编制的背景情况，重点对《钢塑复合管》国家标准（报批稿）的主要内容进行了较为详细的介绍。
Abstract:
The standard of  Steel-plastic Composite Pipe is the new national standard based on CJ/T 136—2007 Lined with Plastic Composite Water Supply Pipe and CJ/T 120—2007 Composite Coating Water Supply Pipe.It introduced the concept and classification and the standard background,with a more detailed introduction emphasis on the main contents for the national standard(draft standard for approval).
