摘要:
在谢韦尔钢控股集团切列波维茨钢铁公司5000mm轧机上,应用现代工艺方法和金相学方法开发研制出了大直径钢管用15~27mm厚的新一代管线钢板生产工艺。钢板质量符合技术条件规定的K70强度级别的要求,无论是钢板强度,还是韧塑性能,包括落锤试验时试样的剪切面积。选择了控制轧制+快速冷却并可随后进行回火处理的最佳工艺方法。
Abstract:
Based on the 5000mm rolling mill in Cherepovets Iron and Steel Works of Russian SeverStal Group the new technology for manufacturing the steel plate for large diameter pipelines with the wall thickness of 15~27mm is developed by application of the advanced technological processes together with the metallographical method. The steel plates manufactured by the new technology can meet the requirements specified in general conditions for K70 pipeline steels such these properties as strength,toughness,and shear area.It is concluded that the optimum technology is the one which consists of processes of the controlled rolling and the rapid cooling method as well as subsequent tempering treatment.
