摘要:
基于Ni与丁二酮肟的显色反应,建立了光度法测定X80钢管件焊接接头样品中Ni的分析方法。采用盐酸-硝酸混合酸溶解试样,以酒石酸钠掩蔽铁,在氢氧化钠强碱性介质中,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,Ni与丁二酮肟生成酒红色络合物进行吸光度测定。当Ni的质量分数为0.11%~2.13%时,吸光度与Ni的质量分数成线性关系。采用不同Ni含量的标钢溶液建立的工作曲线更接近于真实样品,结果表明,该方法准确、简便、成本低,具有一定实用和推广价值。测定了X80钢三通及弯头焊接接头中的Ni含量,结果满意。
Abstract:
In this paper,a novel spectrophotometric method was described for determination of nickel in welded joints of X80 grade fittings.The method was based on the reaction between nickel and dimethylglyoxime,which was favored in an alkaline medium,producing a red compound in the presence of ammonium persulfate as an oxidant.Under the optimum reaction conditions the absorption value was proportional to the concentration of nickel in the range of 0.11%~2.13%.With different nickel content of standard steels,the working curve was established.This was closer to the real samples,and the experiments showed that the method was accurate and simple,with the practical value.The proposed method was successfully applied to determine nickel content in X80 grade tees and elbows,and obtained satisfied result.
