摘要:
大直径直缝焊管线管必须满足日益增长的技术要求,保证在施工和维护过程中最佳的工作性能。可以预见在不远的将来,为满足欧洲、北美洲、南美洲、亚洲等国家日益增长的天然气需求,必须开发成本合理的输送方式来经济地开采偏远地区的气田。采用高压天然气输送管线将天然气输送到市场是最理想的选择,特别是对于长距离的天然气运输,高钢级(X80,X100或者更高钢级)、大直径(外径36~56in)天然气输送管线证明是非常具有吸引力和经济实惠的。关于埋弧焊管,焦点主要是集中在焊接耗材和成型工具上,特别是成型工具,其设计必须要可以应对高钢级钢板,比如X100级钢管用钢板从U成型过渡到O成型时的弹复效应。本研究通过数学建模,评价X100级钢管在利用TenarisConfab轧机进行UO成型的过程,从而获得最佳参数。利用有限元模型对X100级钢管生产过程进行了分析,以评估成型模具几何形状的拟合性和制管机组制造高钢级钢管的制造能力。
Abstract:
Longitudinal welded line pipes with large diameter have to fulfill increasing technical requirements in order to guarantee its best performance during construction and maintenance.To meet increasing demand in natural gas in Europe,North America,South America and Asian countries,reasonable transporting way to economically exploit gas fields located in remote area must be developed in the near future.Adopting high-pressure natural gas transporting pipelines to transport gas to market is the most ideal choice,in particular for long-distance transporting natural gas,high steel grade(X80,X100 or even higher) and large diameter (OD 36in to 56in), it is found to be very attractive and economical.With respect to SAW pipes attention is focused on welding consumables and forming tools,forming tools must be designed to realize spring back effect of high grade plates,such as X100 grade, from U-press to the O-press.The objective of this paper is to present the evaluation of X100 grade steel pipes during UO process using TenarisConfab mill with a mathematic modeling to obtain the best parameters.The production process of X100 grade steel pipe was analyzed via finite element model to evaluate geometry fitting of forming model and pipe mill capability to produce higher grades steel pipes.
