摘要:
基于塑性有限元基本理论,以DEFORM有限元分析软件为平台,对刮削法清除内毛刺的过程进行了模拟仿真。通过模拟得出了不同刮削条件下变形区的应力分布情况,并根据模拟结果分析了各种因素对刮削力大小的影响规律。为确定合理的刀具和工艺参数提供了理论依据。最后,利用数值模拟结果,设计了内毛刺刮削状况的在线监测装置。
Abstract:
The process of using skiving method to remove inner burr was simulated based on the basic theory of the plastic FEM by using DEFORM finite element analysis software.Stress distribution at the deformed area was obtained under different skiving condition,and the effect rule of various factors to skiving was analyzed according to simulation result,which will provide theory evidence for defining appropriate cutters and process parameter.Finally on-line monitoring devices of the inner burr skiving situation was designed using numerical simulation result.
