摘要:
介绍了超声相控阵自动检测系统的设备组成、主要工艺参数和特点、工作过程以及在直缝埋弧焊管检测上的应用，并与常规超声自动检测系统进行了对比，对比结果表明，超声相控阵自动检测系统性能优越，具有较高的检测灵敏度和检测效率。
Abstract:
This article introduces phased array ultrasonic testing system from several aspects,such as equipments composition,main technological parameters and characteristics,working process and applications on SAWL pipe testing,and compares it with that of general ultrasonic automatic inspection system,the result shows that phased array ultrasonic testing system posses good property,and high inspection sensitivity and efficiency.
