摘要:
介绍了采用高频直缝焊接工艺生产的高钢级油井专用管,重点研究了φ139.7mm(51/2in) N80套管原材料化学成分及试制过程中成型、焊接等工序的工艺参数和质量控制关键点。产品检测结果表明,产品的各项性能指标远高于API 5CT标准,同时也探讨了进一步改进的方向。
Abstract:
This article introduced oilfield country tubular goods with high steel grade which adopted HFW process,studied raw material chemical composition of 139.7mm(5 1/2in) N80 casing,as well as process parameters and key points for controlling quality of forming and welding during trialproduction procedure.Detection results indicated that each property index of products is much higher than that of API 5CT standard,at the same time,further improvement direction was discussed.
