摘要:
直缝埋弧焊管生产线钢板横移装置的作用是:钢板经过上料检验和引(熄)弧板焊接工序后,在不用天车吊运的情况下,将钢板平稳运送到钢板输送平辊上。介绍了钢板横移装置的工艺布置,机械、液压、电气3部分的设计,并对该装置存在的问题提出了解决措施。钢板横移装置的采用解决了原料跨天车占用严重问题,减小了操作人员劳动强度和安全隐患以及因天车吊运造成的钢板磕碰损伤。
Abstract:
Traversing steel plate device of SAWL pipe can transportstably steel plate to plain-barreled roll without sky crane,after feeding inspection and end on tab welding process.It introduced process arrangement of traversing steel plate device and its design from machine,hydraulic pressure and electric aspects,and put forward solving measures. This kind of device solved sky crane occupation problem,decreased labor intensity of operation staff,safety risk and knocking against damage of steel plate during sky crane transporting.
