摘要:介绍了一种新型精密管材矫直机角度检测机构,该检测机构在对矫直辊角度原点值进行标识后,能够准确地检测、控制矫直辊角度,从而有效地保证了矫直精度。该机构的设计不仅能够减轻工艺调整强度,回避矫直机的加工缺陷,而且有利于提高被矫管材的矫直质量,避免矫直缺陷。
Abstract:
This article introduces testing equipment for straightening roller angle of new precision tube straightening machine,it can accurately detect and control straightening roller angle,and can effectively guarantee straightening precision in case of identification of straightening roller angle origin point value is requested.This kind of equipment not only can reduce the strength of the adjustment process and avoid straightening machine processing defect,but also can improve straightening quality and avoid defects.
