摘要:
简要介绍了管道焊缝强度理论,重点介绍了国内外管道环焊缝匹配和管道安全评价及缺陷容限的研究情况,通过对管道环焊缝的强度匹配及其安全评价方法的研究,对失效评定参量的确定进行了分析和讨论。分析指出,管道环焊缝强度匹配的选择和应用影响着焊接接头质量,同时不等匹配形成的性能差异对焊缝中裂纹扩展驱动力大小也有明显的影响。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced strength theory of pipeline weld,emphasized some research situation from match operation of circumferential weld at home and aboard,safety evaluation and defect torlence.It analyzed and discussed determination evaluation effectiveness parameter,through studying on strength match and safety evaluation method of circumferential weld.The analysis result indicated selection and application of strength match affect welded joints quality,as well as,performance difference caused by ranging from match will obviously affect crack driving force in weld.
