摘要:
介绍了螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝焊偏量的3种定义及其检测方法,在单丝焊和多丝焊条件下对不同检测方法所测得的焊偏量进行了分析和比较。比较结果认为,以内外焊缝至高点的间距为焊偏量较为合理。在测量焊偏量时,建议采用酸洗试样或金相试样测定螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝的焊偏量,应避免采用X光检测方法
Abstract:
Three kinds of definitions of weld misalignment for SAWH pipe were introduced in the paper. Through comparison and analysis on 3 kinds of definitions under conditions of single-wire welding and multi-wire welding,a reasonable misalignment definition was given,which was the distance between inside weld to the highest point and outside weld to the highest point. It should avoid adopting X ray industry TV testing method to determine the misalignment of inside and outside double–wire welding,and suggested adopting the acid specimens or metallographic specimens to measure the distance from inside /outside weld to the highest point to define misalignment.
