摘要:
介绍了数字激光视觉技术在焊管制造过程中多个关键环节中的应用,包括实现焊缝跟踪,焊接参数或钢带送进角度的自适应调整,钢板宽度与边缘形状的检测,钢管外径的测量,焊缝成形及缺陷的自动检测等。该技术通过自动化的操作可减少或消除人为因素的影响,并在批量生产中保证过程和质量的一致性,从而提高焊接质量,减少焊接耗材的消耗及返工和补焊的费用,降低总体生产成本。
Abstract:
This article introduced application of digital laser vision technology in several key links during welded pipe manufacturing,including realizing weld tracking,adaptive adjusting welding parameters or angle of driving the strip, measuring coil plate width and edge contour,measuring steel pipe diameter,and automatic inspecting weld profile and defects,etc..Through automatic operation,this method will reduce or remove the effect of the human factors,and can ensure uniformity of process and quality during lot production.Using digital laser vision can improve welding quality,and decrease consuming material rate,repair welding cost,and overall production costs.
