摘要:
介绍了基于LabVIEW高频焊管温度采集系统,该系统采用LabVIEW图形化编程开发平台, 利用LabVIEW编写串口程序,对比色测温仪测得的高频焊管的温度信号进行采集。将该系统应用到高频焊管的生产实践中,可以实时采集温度信号,对温度信号进行检测。最后提出了影响高频焊管温度采集系统的因素。
Abstract:
This article introduces high-frequency welded pipe temperature acquisition system based on LabView.This system adopts the LabVIEW graphical programming development platform,writes serial program using LabVIEW,and collects high-frequency welded pipe temperature signal measured by colorimetric thermometer.The system is applied to high-frequency welded pipe production practice,it can real-time collect and inspect temperature signal.Finally,it summarized reasons of impacting high-frequency welded pipe temperature measurement.
