摘要:
介绍了大直径焊管生产线横移车的工作原理及组成，分析了钢管横移车油泵控制方式存在的巨大电能损耗，提出了一种横移车的节电控制方法及节电控制过程中应注意的事项。经生产实践证明，该节电技术简单有效，降低了设备故障率，取得了明显的经济效益。
Abstract:
This article introduced working principle and buildup of transverse moving loders of large diameter welded pipe production line，analyzed plenty of power loss existed in controlling oil pump of steel pipe transverse moving loders，put forward a kind of power saving method.The productive practice proved that this technology is simple and effective，it can reduce equipments failure rate and achieved obvious economic benefits.
