摘要:
简要介绍了特殊螺纹接头的基本结构和特殊螺纹接头扭矩计算的重要意义。在试验与有限元分析的基础上,建立了特殊螺纹接头的扭矩计算方法。该方法是将特殊螺纹接头扭矩分成螺纹与台肩两部分,采用不同的摩擦系数对有限元模型计算上扣后对应的螺纹与台肩扭矩。最后验证了该计算方法的可靠性,结果表明,该方法的计算结果与试验结果相吻合,可以用于特殊螺纹接头扭矩的计算与预测。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced basic structure of premium connection and significance of calculating premium connection torque.Based on experiments and finite element analysis (FEA),the torque calculation methodology of premium connections was proposed.The torque was divided into two parts:one from thread,the other from torque shoulder,and different friction coefficients were applied to fit the torques from thread and torque shoulder in FEA.Finally,the reliability of this method was validated;the results showed that calculation values were in good agreement with experiment results,and it can be applied to calculate and forecast premium connection torque.
