摘要:
摩擦叠焊是一种新型材料固相连接技术,由英国焊接研究所于1992年发明。摩擦液柱成形(FHPP)是摩擦叠焊的基本单元成形过程。笔者对摩擦液柱成形机理、摩擦叠焊成形过程进行了阐述,并分别对国外摩擦液柱成形单元及摩擦叠焊焊缝组织性能的研究进行了分析。国外的研究表明,摩擦液柱成形及以其为成形单元的摩擦叠焊技术能够获得优质的焊接接头。摩擦叠焊作为一种新型摩擦焊接技术,具有许多其他摩擦焊接方法无法比拟的优点,尤其在水下及深水厚壁结构焊接修复方面具有独特的优势。
Abstract:
Friction stitch welding is a kind of new materials solid phase joining technologyIt was invented in 1992 by British welding research instituteFriction hydro pillar processing(FHPP) is a based unit forming process of friction stitch weldingThe mechanism of FHPP and the forming course of friction stitch welding were described in this paperForeign research on FHPP unit and microstructure and properties of friction stitch welding weld were analyzed respectivelyForeign research results indicated that FHPP and friction stitch welding can obtain high quality welding jointAs a new friction welding technology,friction stitch welding has many unexampled advantages than other kind of friction welding methodsIt has unique advantages especially for welding repair of the thick wall structure in underwater and deepwater
