摘要:
介绍了一种纵剪机组中钢带废边自动卷取装置。该装置中，移动转盘在空心轴内能左右移动，转盘上的各组连杆机构随着移动转盘的移动进行伸展或收缩，当各组连杆机构伸展时，利用移动转盘和各组连杆机构的转动，可将废边卷取在连杆机构上；当各组连杆机构收缩时，借助于移动转盘的推动，可将废边卷卸下，达到自动卸料的目的。
Abstract:
This article introduced a kind of crimping and self-discharging device for disposed edge coll in strip slitting unit,its mobile turnplate can move about in hollow core shaft.Each set of connecting rod can extend or take back along with turnplate,when it extends,it will crimp dispose edge onto connecting rod unit by shifting turnplate and each set of connecting rod;when each group of connecting rod unit takes back,with the aid of turnplate push,it can discharge disposed edge coil to achieve the purpose of automatic discharge.
