摘要:
介绍了螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊生产中预焊技术的特点及其焊接设备与焊接工艺。采用两台DC1000A进口电源、Ar+CO2+O2三元混合气体配比器、英国某公司开发的激光跟踪系统和哈尔滨焊接研究所研制的陶瓷复合喷嘴可自身旋转清渣的大电流MAG空冷焊枪,结合大电流高速MAG焊焊接工艺进行预焊,对预焊后的试样焊缝成形和金相组织进行了分析,并对精焊后试样的焊缝和热影响区进行了冲击性能分析,得到了预期的结果。
Abstract:
This paper introduced tack-welding characteristics of the two-stage SAWH pipe production process,as well aswelding equipments and welding technologies.The welding equipments include two sets of imported DC1000A power sources,Ar + CO2 + O2tri-mixed gas proportioner,laser tracking system developed by a British company,and the large current MAG air-cooling torch developed by Haerbin Welding Institute(HWI),which can be cleaned by itself through rotating the ceramic composite nozzle.The tack-welding was carried out by large current MAG welding process,the weld forming and metallographic structure of the samples after tack-welding were analyzed,and the impact properties of the weld and the HAZ after finishing welding were also analyzed,the expected results were obtained.
