摘要:
增加TIG焊接速度能够提高薄壁不锈钢焊管生产率,但是提高焊接速度会引起电弧后托现象,导致焊缝咬边、开焊等焊接不良缺陷。通过在TIG焊枪外套激磁线圈产生磁场矫正后托电弧,使电弧重新位于焊枪轴线上,能够有效地解决高速焊引起的焊接不良。试验证明:磁场强度为40mT时,TIG电弧后托现象消失,焊接速度从3.5m/min提高到5.5m/min,焊缝没有产生咬边、驼峰等缺陷,焊缝成形良好。
Abstract:
Increasing TIG welding speed can improve production efficiency of thin-wall stainless steel pipe,but it will cause electric arc drag-back and make poor welding such as undercut and unbinding.The magnetic field originated from excitation coil of TIG welding torch can rectify electric arc dragback,make electric arc resume to the locate on axes of welding torch,and which can effectively resolve the problems caused by high speed welding.The experiment results indicated when magnetic field strength was 40mT,the electric arc drag-back phenomenon disappeared;when welding speed was improved from 3.5m/min to 5.5m/min,the undercut and hump didn’t occurred,and weld formation was perfect.
