摘要:
通过对比国内外大中直径HFW焊管机组高频接触焊与高频感应焊的应用实例及实物性能试验结果,认为大中直径HFW焊管机组采用先进接触焊工艺生产的高频焊管,焊管质量好,节电效果显著;采用先进的接触焊工艺而引发大中直径HFW焊管机组生产线的工艺、设备等变化,将扩大焊管品种,增加金属收得率,降低设备投资,节省电耗;建议尽早开展接触焊等工艺的研究,提高焊管质量,节能减排。
Abstract:
Through comparingthe application cases and property tests of high frequency contact welding and high frequency induction welding for large & medium diameter HFW pipe unit in China with those of the overseas,the result showed that the quality of high frequency welded pipe is fine,which was produced by adopting the advanced contact welding process in large & medium diameter HFW pipe unit,and it can save electricity power remarkable;adopting the advanced contact welding process will lead changes to technology and equipment in large & medium diameter HFW pipe unit,extend product variety,increase the rate of recovery for metal,reduce equipment investment and save electricity power consumption.Finally,it suggests that we should start to study touch welding earlier,increase welded pipe quality,save energy and reduce pollution and discharge.
