摘要:
分析了螺旋埋弧焊管精焊机对预焊生产钢管管坯在坡口控制、直度控制、预焊和预焊精整控制、预焊缝控制方面的特殊要求,螺旋埋弧焊管精焊机内焊跟踪检测外焊坡口最低点的特殊要求,以及精焊机对驱动辊动态纠偏的特殊要求,找出了提高预精焊螺旋埋弧焊管质量的控制方法,取得了明显效果。
Abstract:
This article analyzed some special requirements of SAWH pipe finishing welding machine to pre-welding pipe blank from several aspects,such as bevel control,straightness control,pre-welding,finishing welding control and weld control. It analyzed the special requirements to the lowest point of outside welding bevel for SAWH pipe by using inside welding tracking system,as well as special requirements to drive roller dynamic rectification,put forward control method for improving twostep SAWH pipe quality.
