摘要:
在对印度焊管企业考察和技术交流的基础上，结合行业信息，综合介绍了印度WELSPUN、JINDAL SAW、PSL和MAN四大钢管公司产能、生产线以及产品规格等基本情况， 并与我国埋弧焊管生产线实际状况进行对比，总结出两国焊接钢管生产工艺的不同点，并指出印度制管企业具有地理位置优越、产业链完整、国际业绩好、获得多项资质及用户认证、钢管生产及防腐应用标准多以及成功运用预精焊技术等优势。最后，提出了自己的看法和建议。
Abstract:
Based on the investigation and technical communication with the welded pipe corporations in India,this article introduced production capacity,production line,product specification and other basic situations of 4 welded pipe companies in India,such as WELSPUN,JINDAL SAW,PSL and MAN. Contrast had been made between China SAW pipe production line and the India’s,the differences had been found;Meanwhile it pointed out that the manufacturers in India possess many advantages,such as advantageous geographical location,complete industrial chain,excellent international achievement,many qualifications and user authentications,quite a number of the standards for steel pipe production and coating,and successful application of two-step welding technology.Finally,some opinions and suggestions were put forward.
