摘要:
原材料、成型工艺、高频焊接工艺和热处理工艺是影响HFW焊管焊缝质量的主要因素。通过对HFW焊管原材料的化学成分、夹杂物及带状组织的分析,以明确原材料的采购方案;进一步从焊管的成型工艺、高频焊接工艺、热处理工艺的优化方面进行了详细的分析,指出HFW焊管焊缝的质量是多重因素作用的结果,只有将以上各种因素进行全面、严格的控制,才能保证焊缝的质量,生产出高质量的焊管。
Abstract:
The raw material,forming process,high frequency welding and heat treatment technology are the main influence factors on HFW pipe weld quality. Through analysis on chemical composition,inclusion and banded structure of raw material,the procurement scheme was confirmed;after detailed analysis on forming process,high freqnency welding process,optimizing heat treatment process,it pointed out the multiple factors affecting HFW pipe weld quality,weld quality shall be ensured and high quality steel pipe can be produced only provided that the influence factors can be strictly controlled.
