摘要:
介绍了焊管生产线MES(manufacturing execution system,制造执行系统)的构建和应用。焊管生产是离散与连续并存的多阶段混合式的生产,是一个典型的流程工业生产过程,具有生产线长、工序多、设备复杂、产品流向不确定性因素多的特点。构建MES可以使用全面实时精确的数据,优化从订单到产品完成的整个生产过程。应用结果表明,MES的建设有助于充分挖掘设备的生产能力,优化生产行为,提高产品质量,全面提升企业信息化管理水平。
Abstract:
This article introduced construction and application of welded pipe production line MES. Pipe production is the coexistence of discrete and continuous multi-stage hybrid production;it is a typical industrial production process,with a long production line,more working procedure,complex equipment and many uncertainties for product flow. Constructing MES can use accurate real time data and optimize the whole production process from order to product. The result indicated that MES can help to fully develop equipment production capacity,optimize production behavior,improve product quality and enhance the level of enterprise information management.
