摘要:
对国内钢管紫外涂装工艺进行了介绍。详细说明了中国钢研科技集团新冶高科技集团有限公司对钢管紫外涂装设备的开发研究,经过对设备的系列测试,得出油漆回收部分的设计应考虑的因素包括回收滚筒的形状、大小、间隙、转速、回收风量、风压以及漆雾过滤等;对油漆固化部分UV灯的选型进行了特别的说明,从固化效果、灯管大小、灯的种类、灯的价格等方面进行了比较。对钢管紫外涂料研究进行了系统的介绍,阐述了涂料研究中对各组成部分选择的依据,提出了配方设计时应注意的问题,给出了初步的涂料配方。经测试,该涂料对人体皮肤基本无刺激性,可以在手背毛孔富集处涂抹2h后无红斑、水肿、水泡等常见过敏现象。涂料实际效果可以达到在铁基上的附着为0级(百格法),耐中性盐雾200h,锈迹扩散200h小于3mm,表面硬度大于2H,抗冲击大于50kg·cm,完全符合钢管临时防腐的需求。
Abstract:
In this paper,the domestic steel pipe UV coating technology was introduced,and CISRI’s (Central Iron & Steel Research Institute) research progress of the pipe UV coating equipment was detailedly introduced. After a series of tests on the equipment,it was found that the design of the paint recycling part should take into account the flowing factors,such as the shape,size,space,rotating speed of the recycled drum,recycled air volume,pressure,oil paint filtering and so on. The selection of UV lamp was specially described;the comparison was carried out from curing effect,lamp size,lamp type,lamp price and the other aspects. A systematic introduction of steel pipe UV coating was performed;described the choice basis of coating paint in the various components,put forward problems which should be paid attention to in the comprehensive design,and gave the primary formula. After testing,it was found that the coating paint was basically non-irritating to human skin. After smeared on the back of the hand and applied 2 hours,there was no erythema,edema,blisters and other common allergies,and the paint actual results can achieve the level 0 (100grids method),200 hours of anti-neutral salt atmosphere,rust spread less than 3mm in 200h,the surface hardness was greater than 2H,the toughness surpassed 50kg·cm,so it is full compliance with the demand for temporary protection against corrosion of steel pipe.
