摘要:

针对现有钢管喷印技术存在的不足，结合钢管生产工艺提出了一种中直径钢管喷码装置的“动头不动管”的设计方案。介绍了该装置的设计思路、结构组成、工艺过程以及电控系统，同时对喷码装置在钢管生产线集成方式、设备结构、工作流程和关键技术细节等方面进行了分析。该装置采用钢管不动、喷头移动的喷印方式，可实现单头多行喷印，并且结构简单，移动方便，可满足多种工况的钢管喷印需要。

Abstract:

Aiming at the disadvantage of current steel pipe jet printing technology， it put forward a design project of “mobile jetting head and fixed pipe”for medium diameter steel pipe jetting code device， combined with production process. In this article， it introduced the design idea， structure composition， technical process and electric control system. Meanwhile， it analyzed jetting code device from several aspects， such as integration mode in production line， device structure， working flow and key technical details. This kind of jetting mode of “mobile jetting head and fixed pipe” not only can realize jetting with single head and more lines， but also with simple structure， easy to move， it can meet jetting requirements for steel pipe under many working conditions.
