摘要:
焊缝导向弯曲性能是埋弧焊管力学性能的一项重要指标,用于研究焊接接头抵抗弯曲塑性变形的能力。油气输送管的各种标准均对导向弯曲试验提出了严格的规定。通过不同标准对导向弯曲试验要求的描述、各标准之间的对比及存在问题的分析,可以看出个别标准中还存在一定的不合理性。提出了在焊管生产过程中减少导向弯曲试验出现不合格几率的建议,总结了检验过程中取样的较好时机。
Abstract:
The guide bend property of the weld is an important parameter for the submerged-arc welded pipe mechanical properties. It is used to study the ability in resistance to plastic bend deformation for welded joint. The strict requirements to the guide bend test are proposed by various standards of oil and gas transportation pipeline. Through contrasting requirements to guide bend test under different standards and analyzing the existed problems, it indicated some standard exists certain irrationality. Some suggestions for reducing the unqualified probability were proposed, and the better sampling time was gave out.
