摘要:
高频焊管成型轧辊是焊管机组的重要组成部分,也是焊管成型工艺的技术核心,轧辊的共用性水平是成型工艺水平的核心标志。在高频焊管产品市场中,只有提高成型轧辊的共用性,做到一辊多用,换辊快,少停机,才能适应高效率、多品种、小批量、个性化的市场特点。分析了轧辊与轧材线接触和点接触两种基本成型方式,论述了轧辊共用性和成型性的基本原理,并结合不同机组焊管预成型的典型工艺,阐明了轧辊成型性与共用性相互制约、互相兼顾的关系。

Abstract:
HFW forming roller is a very important component of welded pipe unit equipment, it is also a core technology in forming process, and the sharing character level of roller is the key landmark of forming process level. In HFW pipe market, only increase the sharing character of forming roller, a roller with multiple functions, quickly change roller and less machine halt, it will meet market characteristics, such as high efficiency, multi-variety, small batch and personalization. In this article, it regarded the open pass as the base of the sharing character for roller, analyzed two kinds of basic forming mode, lining contact and point contact for roller and rolled products, and expatiated the basic principle of the sharing character and formability. Combined with typical preforming process of different welded pipe unit, the relationship of each other interaction and constraint for the sharing character and formability was explained.
