摘要:
介绍了X80级?准 1 219 mm感应加热弯管的主要性能及研发过程,主要包括总体研发方案的确定,弯管母管化学成分、制造工艺的研究,以及弯管煨制工艺的研究。最后,对φ1 219 mm感应加热弯管进行了验证性试验,试验结果表明,该弯管性能完全满足西气东输二线管道工程的设计要求。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced main properties and research & development course of X80 grade ?准 1 219 mm induction heating bend from several aspects, covering determination of the general research & development project; research on chemical composition, manufacturing process and heat-bend process. In the end, the experiment to X80 grade φ1 219 mm induction heating bend was carried out, the result indicated that the properties of the said pipe can fully meet design demand for the 2nd West-east Gas Pipeline Project.
